C2S Energy is growing fast and we need reliable, hard-working people to join our insulation and energy-retrofit crews right now. We have openings for everyone – from total beginners to experienced installers.

Positions Available Right Now:

• Entry-Level Energy Tech – No experience needed, we train you fast!
• Skilled Energy Retrofit Tech – Insulation, air sealing, heat pumps
• Experienced Installers – Top pay + bonuses if you already know cellulose, spray foam, or mini-splits

What You’ll Do

• Install attic, wall, and floor insulation (cellulose, fiberglass, spray foam)
• Perform air sealing and weatherization upgrades
• Assist with heat pump / mini-split installations
• Work on both residential homes and small commercial projects
• Keep job sites clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Hard-working, dependable, and on time every day
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and comfortable on ladders, scaffolding, attics, and crawl spaces
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required – we travel to job sites)
• Insulation or construction experience is a PLUS but NOT required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$25/hour starting pay (higher for proven spray foam or mini-split experience)
• Overtime almost every week (time-and-a-half)

Work Location

Based out of New Bedford – daily jobs throughout the South Coast of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
